Wahine name LBSU associate as their new softball coach

The University of Hawaii has just hired Panita Thanatharn, an associate head coach from Long Beach State, as their new softball head coach. She’s taking over from Bob Coolen, who retired after an impressive 34-season run leading the Rainbow Wahine. Thanatharn sounds thrilled, calling it a dream opportunity.
